Birch Family Services will continue to offer three Dental Plans and a Vision Plan. (NEW!) These plans will now be administered by Guardian.
DENTAL
(NEW!) GUARDIAN DENTAL PLANS
Birch offers three dental plans, now through Guardian. All members have three plan options: the High PPO, Low PPO, and Guardian DMO. Please note both PPO plans allow you to have the flexibility to receive dental treatment from any dentist you choose, either participating or non-participating. However, the DMO will only allow you to receive treatment from participating providers. You will experience more significant cost savings by utilizing in-network dentists.

VISION
(NEW!) GUARDIAN (VSP) VISION PLAN
Routine vision exams are important, not only for correcting vision but because they can detect other serious health conditions. We offer you a vision plan, now through Guardian.
