HOW TO ENROLL
Open Enrollment this year is PASSIVE, meaning all benefits currently elected will roll over into the 2025 - 2026 plan year if you decide not to make any changes.
BENEFIT ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT WILL BE HELD FROM JUNE 30th - JULY 11th
Your enrollment will be electronically processed directly into the Paycom system. On-site support and a call center will be available to help you through the process during open enrollment. Paycom enrollment instruction guide below:
Enrolling Dependents
If you are enrolling yourself and or any dependents, you must have your personal, dependents, and beneficiary information ready. You will be asked to provide full names, Social Security Numbers, and dates of birth to the benefits counselor during your individual meeting. Proof of eligibility for your newly enrolled dependents must be submitted to Human Resources no later than July 16, 2025. If you do not provide this information, your dependents will not be enrolled and will not have coverage beginning August 1, 2025.

If you feel that you still need assistance after contacting the insurance company, The Graham Company, BridgePoint's insurance broker, provides a call center to assist employees with inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations, and eligibility. The Graham Company Employee Benefits Service Line can answer inquiries related to Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life and Disability Insurance. The service line is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
