LONG TERM DISABILITY
What would you do if a sickness or injury left you unable to come to work and earn your paycheck? In the event that you become disabled from an injury or sickness for an extended period of time, the Long Term Disability benefit will provide 40% of your monthly earnings up to a maximum of $6,000 per month. This benefit is paid for by BridgePoint Healthcare and provided at no cost to you!
