The 2025 Open Enrollment period will be open from:
Monday 12/2/24 until Monday 12/9/24, 11:59 pm EDT.
Employees can make their benefit elections from their mobile app (Menu > Benefits), from the Self Service Portal (Benefits Section) or by going straight to Paylocity. The Paylocity Company ID is 132312.

Employees that have inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations and eligibility are encouraged to call the insurance company as a first step to resolve the inquiry. If you feel that you still need assistance after contacting the insurance company, The Graham Company, CastleWorks' insurance broker, provides a call center to assist employees with inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations and eligibility. The Graham Company Employee Benefits Service Line can answer inquiries related to Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life and Disability Insurance. The service line is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
