CastleWorks is happy to announce that we're continuing to offer Kaiser Medical for the
January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 plan year
(NEW!) KAISER HDHP 3300 with HRA
There is a $3,300 deductible for individuals and a $6,600 deductible for family tiers. Co-pays and coinsurance for physicians, hospital, and/or Emergency Room visits apply after the deductible has been reached. This plan pairs with an employer-funded HRA. CastleWorks will contribute $1,000 for individuals and $2,000 for family tiers. For more information on the HRA, please read further down the page.
There is no coverage for out-of-network services.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
The HRA helps pay for a portion of your out-of-pocket medical costs
A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an employer-funded benefit that you can use for eligible expenses related to your medical deductible. CastleWorks will fund $1,000 (single) and $2,000 (family) for employees enrolled in the Kaiser HDHP 3300 plan.
Note: These funds are available at the beginning of the plan year and they are employer-owned. Unspent funds will not roll over into the next plan year.
HOW IT WORKS
Present your Kaiser ID Card
Complete your visit with provider
Provider will submit claim for processing visit
Kaiser will adjust the claim and prepare the EOB (Explanation of Benefits)
You will receive an EOB from Kaiser and an Invoice from your provider
Pay the patient responsibility from your HRA account (by using your Paylocity HRA Card)
