DENTAL PLANS
Dunwoody Village will continue to offer two dental plans through Delta Dental. You have the option to choose between two plans: Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan and DeltaCare USA HMO Plan
Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan: With this option, you have the flexibility to receive dental treatment from ANY dentist you choose, either participating or non-participating in the Delta Dental provider network. Please note, however, you will experience the most cost savings by utilizing an in-network dentist.
DeltaCare USA HMO Plan: With this option you select a contract dentist to provide services. Your selected dentist will take care of your dental care needs. If you require treatment from a specialist, you must obtain a referral from your contract dentist.

VISION PLAN

Dunwoody's vision insurance through Vision Benefits of America (VBA) entitles you to specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
