Your EAP is designed to help you lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. No matter what's going on in your life, HealthJoy is here to help. Your EAP program is a confidential assistance program to help address the personal issues you and your dependents are facing. This service, staffed by experienced clinicians, is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

AWARDCO AWARDS PLATFORM

Awardco is a simple, user-friendly platform through which colleagues can receive recognition for a job well done. It’s the only recognition program to integrate with Amazon Business to provide millions of options for recognition rewards. We chose Awardco to give our East colleagues the best opportunity to choose gifts that are a good fit for their taste, style and interests.

With celebrations like milestone service anniversaries (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.) or practice-specific recognition programs, colleagues will receive points that can be used to order the product of their choice through Awardco. They can also save points and accumulate enough for a gift worth a higher point value.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when you’re distributing points to your colleagues:

  • The budget for Awardco is part of the larger compensation budget.
  • To get the most out of your budget, consider awarding lower point values for recognition; Awardco allows colleagues to accumulate points to put toward a higher value gift
  • Managers can find their available points on the Submit Recognition Page; the Home page is where you will find your personal points

Employees that have inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations and eligibility are encouraged to call the insurance company as a first step to resolve the inquiry. If you feel that you still need assistance after contacting the insurance company, the Graham Company Concierge Team can assist employees with inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations and eligibility. The Concierge Team can answer inquiries related to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life and Disability Insurance.

HTA FINANCIAL

HTA Financial is a no-cost, company-sponsored benefit available to you and your family members for assistance and advice regarding Medicare coverage, benefits, or general questions you may have. Please note that any member of your household/family can use HTA, not just your dependents (ex: parents, siblings).

Services Include:

  • Assistance with transitioning from the Group Health Plan to Original Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.
  • A helpful timeline as to when to contact Social Security regarding enrollment or deferment of Medicare Part B.
  • Coverage and benefits under Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans and Medicare Advantage.
  • HTA Financial can provide assistance with guidance and support for choosing appropriate coverages to meet your needs as well as enrollment assistance in a Medicare plan if you choose to enroll.
  • Please note, HTA encourages you to have your current prescription medications handy when contacting HTA Financial!
