If you feel that you still need assistance after contacting the insurance company, The Graham Company, Williams Companies’ insurance broker, provides a call center to assist employees with inquiries related to claim payment, coverage explanations and eligibility. The Graham Company Employee Benefits Concierge Line can answer inquiries related to Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance as well as your Voluntary Benefits.
The Concierge Line is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
