MEDICAL & PRESCRIPTION
Williams will continue to offer three plan options, all administered through Aetna.
Williams Companies is thrilled to be able to offer the same level of medical and prescription benefits through Aetna and Express Scripts for January 1, 2025!
ARE THERE ANY CHANGES TO THE PLAN DESIGNS?
There are no changes to the three medical and prescription plan offerings for the January 1, 2025 plan year. You will not receive a new ID card unless you are a new Medical/Rx enrollee. If you are switching plans, you can access an updated digital ID card that is downloadable from the member website. ID Numbers are not changing, so members will still be able to use their current cards.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a medical plan the 1st of the month following their date of hire.
OPTION 1: PREMIUM PPO PLAN
The Premium PPO Plan offers you direct access to in-network and out-of-network providers for covered services. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit. This plan has a $250 single deductible, and a $500 family deductible. Until the deductible is satisfied, the employee will pay the full discounted rate for any covered procedure or service. Once the deductible is satisfied, 100% coinsurance will be applied to in-network covered services with the exception of preventive care (covered at 100%, deductible waived). Out-of-network services will be subject to 80% coinsurance and you may be balance billed by the provider or facility.
OPTION 2: PPO PLAN
The PPO Plan offers you direct access to in-network and out-of-network providers for covered services. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.
This plan has a $500 single deductible, and a $1,000 family deductible. Until the deductible is satisfied, the employee will pay the full discounted rate for any procedure or service. Once the deductible is satisfied, 80% coinsurance will be applied to in-network covered services with the exception of preventive care (covered at 100%, deductible waived). Out-of-network services will be subject to 60% coinsurance and you may be balance billed by the provider or facility.
OPTION 3: SIGNATURE HRA PLAN
The Signature HRA Plan offers you direct access to in-network and out-of-network providers for covered services. This plan has a $2,000 single deductible, and a $4,000 family deductible. Until the deductible is satisfied, the employee will pay the full discounted rate for any procedure or service. Once the deductible is satisfied, 80% coinsurance will be applied to in-network covered services with the exception of preventive care (covered at 100%, deductible waived). Out-of-network services will be subject to 60% coinsurance and you may be balance billed by the provider or facility.
Williams Companies will provide HRA funding of $1,000 for single coverage and $2,000 for family coverage. The HRA funding is provided to help offset 50% of eligible expenses that apply to the deductible. The HRA funds can only be used on eligible expenses that apply to the deductible.
PRESCRIPTION DRUG
Williams Companies' Prescription Drug Program is administered through RxBenefits/Express Scripts.
The formulary continues to be the Express Scripts Formulary. A formulary is a list of drugs that are approved based on valuations of efficacy and safety.
Members are charged a flat copay amount that is dependent upon the plan they are enrolled in and the tier of the prescription drug.
MAIL ORDER
Mail order is available across all medical plans. To receive a 90-day prescription via mail order, the member can call the RxBenefits Member Services at 1-800-334-8134. You can also order through Express Scripts' website or mobile app.
AETNA'S BACK & JOINT PROGRAM
Virtual Physical Therapy
Hinge Health is Aetna's Back & Joint program and it will continue to be available for 2025! If you are enrolled in one of the medical plans at Williams Companies, you can access Hinge Health - a virtual physical therapy program that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home. Digital exercise programs are personalized to address your specific conditions. All within one app, members can get expert clinical care that is tailored to their specific needs across the entire continuum of musculoskeletal care.
Hinge Health also includes a preventative program that provides job-specific exercises and stretches that are tailored to mirror everyday movements that may be performed at your job.
Effective on January 1st, 2025, Hinge Health is expanding their program to include a new pathway dedicated to Women's Pelvic Health. This pathway supports women at all stages of life - from early adulthood to after menopause. The program will support pelvic strength, bladder control, pregnancy/postpartum and pelvic pain.
TELEMEDICINE
Access to healthcare is now even easier with CVS Virtual Care
When your primary doctor isn't available, CVS Virtual Care through Aetna is available 24/7/365 for on-demand care and mental health services.
Aetna's Online CVS Virtual Care benefit provides a convenient way to access quality care. The virtual care option is in addition to your traditional network of providers. CVS Virtual Care is available to employees and dependents enrolled in a Williams Companies' medical plan.
You must activate your account by visiting CVS.com/virtual-care before accessing care. CVS Virtual Care also includes mental well-being services which include talk therapy and visits with a psychiatrist.
You and your dependents can avoid unnecessary visits to the Emergency Room and/or Urgent Care and long waits for doctor appointments by utilizing CVS Virtual Care. Medication can be prescribed along with a diagnosis.
Mental Health Services provides access to licensed therapists by appointment along with getting help with medication management.
On Demand Care provides access to licensed physicians for common illnesses and common acute medical conditions such as:
- Respiratory Infections
- Sinus Infections
- Stomachache/Diarrhea
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Allergies
- Bronchitis
- Cold/Flu
- Headaches/Migraines
- Eye/Ear Infections
- Rash/Skin Irritations
