Onvo is thrilled to be able to offer the same level of medical benefits to employees for the November 1, 2025– October 31, 2026 plan year. Highmark will continue to administer your Medical and Prescription Drug plan.

SELECTING THE PLAN THAT IS BEST FOR YOU

PPO $3,000

This plan allows you to see both in-network and out-of-network providers, but you'll save money by using in-network providers. It has a $3,000 deductible for individuals and a $6,000 deductible for families. Until you meet the deductible, you'll pay the full discounted rate for services. After that, most services are covered at 80% in-network, except for preventive care, which is covered at 100% with no deductible.

HDHP $4,000

This high-deductible plan also offers coverage for in-network and out-of-network providers, with a $4,000 individual deductible and an $8,000 family deductible. You pay the full cost of services until the deductible is met. Afterward, most covered services are paid at 80% in-network, with preventive care covered at 100%.

HDHP $4,000

HDHP $6,000

This plan has the highest deductible, at $6,000 for individuals and $12,000 for families. Like the others, it covers both in-network and out-of-network providers, with most services paid at 80% after the deductible is met. Preventive care is fully covered at no cost.

PATIENT/MANUFACTURER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

GET YOUR SPECIALTY MEDICATION AT NO COST!

Some pharmaceutical manufacturers may sponsor programs known as Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) or Manufacturer Assistance Programs (MAPs), which help individuals under certain income thresholds receive their specialty medications for NO COST.

If you are taking any of the medications below, please select the drug name to navigate to that specific PAP landing page. Here you will learn more about the PAP requirements and application process. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, so, if you or your dependents are taking a specialty medication do an online search to see if your medication has a PAP of its own.

MY HIGHMARK PORTAL

As a Highmark member, you and your dependents will have access to the My Highmark portal. Through the portal you can check the status of a claim, view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), request temporary and physical ID cards, locate providers, check Rx history, access health reference tools, and more.

  • Click here to access the My Highmark Member Portal
  • Select REGISTER
  • Enter your Social Security Number and the other information requested (first and last name, date of birth, relationship to the policyholder, etc.). You will not receive your Member ID until logging in to the portal and downloading a temporary ID card.
  • Continue as prompted until your account set up is complete or you are asked to verify your account via phone or email.

HIGHMARK WELL360 TELEHEALTH

Avoid unnecessary visits to the Emergency Room and/or Urgent Care and long waits for doctor appointments by utilizing Well360 Telehealth through Highmark.

Well360 provides 24/7 access to U.S. board-certified doctors via video call from the comfort of your home to address minor illnesses and conditions. Well360 is also a great option for behavioral health and psychiatric needs.

Highmark medical members can access Well360 Virtual Health through the My Highmark portal and app under the Get Care section.

FREE MEDICARE CONSULTING SERVICES

The Medicare enrollment process can be intimidating. HTA Financial is a no-cost, company-sponsored benefit available to you, your parents, and other family members for assistance and advice regarding Medicare coverage, benefits, when to enroll, or other general questions you may have.

HTA Provides:

  • A fact finder to collect details on your specific situation and needs.
  • Guidance and support for choosing appropriate coverages to meet your needs.
  • Enrollment assistance.
  • Assistance with the transition from the Group Health Plan to Original Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.
  • A helpful timeline for contacting Social Security regarding coverage and benefits under Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans, and Medicare Advantage.
