As a CIGNA medical enrollee, you will have access to the member portal. The member portal will permit you to view your coverage, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum accumulators, claims, locate a provider, and more. If you already registered your CIGNA account, you can continue to use the username and password credentials you created.

Please note, Cigna will not be issuing physical copies of your member ID cards. In order to access your ID card, you will need to pull it from Cigna's member portal. Please view the "Digital ID Card" button below for directions on how to access.

Need Assistance with a Prior Authorization?

When your doctor recommends non-emergency care, your health plan may require “precertification” beforehand. Precertification means getting approval for coverage from the health plan before receiving care. Your plan may require this for services such as routine hospital stays or certain outpatient procedures. In precertification, Cigna reviews medical criteria to determine if the service is covered under your plan. For more information about how this process works, click below.
