ENROLLMENT INFORMATION & OTHER REMINDERS
Complete your Open Enrollment in Employee Navigator
Open enrollment will be held from 10/20 - 11/3. Please note, open enrollment is ACTIVE - this means you must log into Employee Navigator and make your benefit elections for 12/1/2025. Your current benefit elections will not carry over. You will have until November 3rd at 11:59 PM to finalize your elections.
Open Enrollment meetings will be held on October 21st and 23rd. Please see below to view the meeting schedule.
1. Access Employee Navigator
Access Employee Navigator by clicking below.
2. Click the green "Login" button
This button can be found in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Navigate your benefit selections
The process will take you to the next steps with ease. It may be helpful to have this benefit guide open in a seperate tab.
4. Review your selections and CONFIRM
The end of the process will include a summary of your selections, and display total employee contributions.
You may reference Employee Navigator at any point throughout the year to review your benefit elections.
Register as a New User
1. Select "Register as a new user" link on the login page
2. Input the requested information on the next screen
First Name
Last Name
Company Identifier: MERION CC
Pin (last 4 of social)
3. Set up user name & password
