TRANSDI PLUS (STD)
Steve Shannon employees may enroll in Voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) insurance through Transamerica.
This benefit helps replace income lost from a short-term disability by providing a monthly percent of the base annual salary if you are unable to work due to a total or partial non-work related disability. Benefit amounts are available in $100 increments, enabling you the freedom to select the plan design that best meets their needs.
CRITICAL ILLNESS
Steve Shannon will offer employees the opportunity to enroll in Transamerica’s Critical Illness insurance.
Critical Illness coverage pays a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a covered Critical Illness to help ease your financial and emotional worries. You can use the benefit any way you wish, such as for treatment, bills, or child care
