DENTAL
Worldwide Golf will continue offering the Enhanced PPO dental plan through Sun Life. This plan covers routine preventive dental services like cleanings and exams at 100%. The Enhanced dental plan also includes orthodontia coverage for adults and dependent children. Members have the option to visit in and out of the network providers for covered services, but, you will always see the greatest cost savings by utilizing in-network providers.
For California residents, an additional dental plan option will continue to be available - the Prepaid HMO Dental plan. This plan only provides access to in-network providers that allow you and your family to get a range of dental services at fixed copayment amounts.

Worldwide Golf offers a Vision Plan through Sun Life, utilizing the VSP Choice Network. The available plan option covers routine eye exams and other procedures and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for purchasing eyeglasses and contact lenses. Every 12 months you and your dependents can obtain routine eye exams and lenses. Frames are available to you and your dependents every 24 months.
