Ready to enroll? It's easy to complete your enrollment online before the November 9th deadline. Enrollment selections and updates are made using the Paycom portal.
Complete your Open Enrollment in Paycom
Open Enrollment: October 20, 2025 - November 9, 2025
Please note, open enrollment is ACTIVE. This means your current benefit elections will NOT carry over for 2026, you are required to log in to the Paycom platform to make your active benefit elections for 2026. If you do not make benefit elections during Open Enrollment for 2026, you will NOT have coverage.
All elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on January 1, 2026.
PAYCOM ENROLLMENT
Log on to the Paycom benefits enrollment site to enroll, change your benefit elections, add or remove dependents, waive benefits, or update your beneficiary information. If you have trouble logging in, please contact Human Resources.
LOG IN TO PAYCOM 1. Go to www.paycom.com/login. 2. Click on Employee and log in. You will need to enter your user name, password, and the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. 3. Click on the My Benefits tile.
START YOUR ENROLLMENT 4. Click on 2026 Benefits. 5. Click Start Enrollment to begin. 6. Review your personal information for accuracy. Add or remove your dependent information. 7. From this point forward, follow the instructions onscreen to choose your benefits. The progress bar on the right shows the benefits available to you and indicates your progress through the enrollment site. 8. Each screen has two checkboxes: One to enroll and one to decline. Be sure to read carefully, make your selections, and click the Enroll button at the bottom of each page
COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT 9. Once you complete your elections, you will see a review screen before your enrollment is completed. 10. If you need to go back and make changes before finalizing your elections, choose the benefit you want to change from the progress bar. 11. Once you’re ready, click Complete Enrollment. 12. A pop-up confirmation window will appear. Click OK. 13. You will be sent to the Sign and Submit screen. 14. Review your benefit choices for accuracy before you finalize your enrollment! 15. Click Sign and Submit to complete your enrollment. YOUR ENROLLMENT IS COMPLETE! 16. Print or save the confirmation page for your records.
