PPO 2500
This traditional medical plan offering provides access to the Highmark network. You may access both in-network and out-of-network coverage, though we always encourage you to seek care in-network whenever possible. For certain services, you will be required to satisfy the $2,500 deductible before plan coverage kicks in. For other services, there are copays (flat dollar amounts) that apply per service or per prescription, regardless of whether you have satisfied the deductible.
PPO 1000
This traditional medical plan offering provides access to the Highmark network. For certain services, you will be required to satisfy the $1,000 deductible before plan coverage kicks in. For other services, there are copays (flat dollar amounts) that apply per service or per prescription, regardless of whether you have satisfied the deductible.
RBP 1000
The Reference Based Pricing (RBP) arrangement allows you to utilize any provider you choose. You have the freedom to utilize the HealthSmart network of physicians, however, if you see a provider that does not participate in the HealthSmart network, you will still have access to the same level of benefits and will pay the same out-of-pocket costs. Providers and facilities are paid by the plan administrator based on the fair market value of the service. HEALTHNOW
HealthNow will continue to be the administrator of Steve Shannon Tire's medical plans for 2027. Only new enrollees or those changing plans will receive a new ID card for the 2027 plan year.

Through their portal, you can access your claims, eligibility, temporary health plan ID card, and other valuable plan information 24/7.
