UNIVERSAL LIFE BENEFIT
Steve Shannon offers employees the opportunity to enroll in Universal Life Insurance through Transamerica.
Universal Life Insurance is a type of permanent life insurance that can provide coverage for your lifetime, as long as you continue paying the required premiums. This plan also includes a Long-Term Care Rider.
If you need long-term care during your lifetime — such as care in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or your own home —you may be able to use a portion of your life insurance benefit to help pay for those expenses, subject to the plan’s terms and conditions.
TRANSDI PLUS (STD)
Steve Shannon employees may enroll in Voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) insurance through Transamerica.
This benefit helps replace income by providing a monthly percent of the base annual salary if you are unable to work due to a total or partial non-work related disability. Benefit amounts are available in $100 increments, enabling you the freedom to select the plan design that best meets your needs.
CRITICAL ILLNESS
Steve Shannon will offer employees the opportunity to enroll in Transamerica’s Critical Illness insurance.
Critical Illness coverage pays a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a covered Critical Illness to help ease your financial and emotional worries. You can use the benefit any way you wish, such as for treatment, bills, or child care
