IBC VISION RIDER
IBC offers a vision rider to add vision benefits to the Brian health plans. Vision is covered the same for both plans.

Vision Plan Highlights
- Frames, lenses, contacts, and exams are offered once per calendar year
- All vision benefits are only offered in network at Davis providers, there is no out of network coverage
- Child benefits have a same cost structure as adult benefits, with slightly different costs
