HL offers full-time employees the opportunity to enroll in Long-Term Care Insurance. This insurance pays for care that an individual needs when they cannot safely care for themselves, whether that care is received at home, in the community, or in a nursing home

VOLUNTARY LIFE AND AD&D
PRUDENTIAL
Full-time employees can purchase additional Life and AD&D insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their child(ren) during Open Enrollment and as new hires. Coverage must be elected for yourself in order to cover spouses and child(ren).
Voluntary Life Insurance
- You can elect Life Insurance in increments of $10,000 with a maximum of $500,000.
- If enrolling when enrolling when first eligible, you can elect up to the Guaranteed Issue (GI) amount of $150,000. Any elections over $150,000 would require you to complete an Evidence of Insurability (medical survey) with Prudential.
Voluntary Spouse Life Insurance
- You can elect Life Insurance in increments of $5,000 with a maximum of $250,000.
- If enrolling when enrolling when first eligible, you can elect up to the Guaranteed Issue (GI) amount of $50,000. Any elections over $50,000 would require you to complete an Evidence of Insurability (medical survey) with Prudential.
Child(ren) Life Insurance
- You can elect life insurance for your children under age 26 in increments of $1,000 to a maximum of $10,000.
