Free Calm App Subscription

All employees and their family members can access a free subscription to Calm, a mental health app. They offer tools and resources to help reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep through sleep stories, guided meditations, mindful movement, focus music, tailored content for children, and more.

How to get started:

  • Visit www.calm.com/b2b/hamilton-lane-advisors/subscribe
  • Sign up with your personal email address or log in to an existing Calm account.
  • You will be prompted to validate your Hamilton Lane email address to access the free subscription.
  • Once complete, you can download the Calm app and log in to your new account.
  • Share Calm with up to five family members over the age of 16 with these step-by-step instructions.

The Virgin Pulse Wellbeing Program gives you the tools to get active, get healthy, and get rewarded. Log in or sign up to join team challenges, connect your activity device, and start tracking your progress. The best part is – the more you do the more you earn!

Carebridge Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

All Hamilton Lane employees and family members can take advantage of up to 5 FREE mental health counseling sessions per issue and 6 FREE life coaching sessions per year through the confidential Carebridge EAP.

Hamilton Lane's Health and Wellness Reimbursement Program

HL encourages us to stay fit and healthy, physically, emotionally, and mentally. To support you in maintaining wellness, you are eligible to receive up to $25 a month for fitness and wellness services and activities.

Paid Time Off Program

HL offers a variety of paid time off programs including PTO, sick leave, volunteering time off (VTO), holiday, and new parent time off. Your time can be viewed and requested in Workday. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for additional policy details.

Subsidized Backup Child, Adult & Pet Care Program & Free Care.com Membership

As a working caretaker of a child, pet, or adult family member, it can be hard to juggle it all, especially when issues arise like closures of schools or daycare facilities. On those days that you need back-up care to work, you can arrange services via Care.com that provides access to qualified in-home caregivers and licensed, quality daycare centers. HL provides up to 5 subsidized days of care a year along with a free membership to care.com.

Educational Assistance Program

We encourage employees to further their education and job-related skills by providing reimbursement assistance for undergraduate and graduate degrees and professional certifications.

For undergraduate and graduate degrees, we’ll reimburse full-time employees 100% with a cap of $10,000 per year of tuition, registration, textbooks, and laboratory fees.

For professional certifications, the company will reimburse full-time employees of all fees including one prep course and exam/testing fees leading to a professional certification up to a maximum of $2,500 per calendar year.
