The Graham Company is pleased to offer you and your family a comprehensive benefits program. Understanding your healthcare options and determining the best plan options that fit your needs should be a high priority during the Annual Open Enrollment Period. We understand that navigating through your benefits package can be complex and wish to offer as much support and valuable information as possible.
BENEFITS OVERVIEW
MEDICAL PLANS You have four medical options to choose from. The medical plans will be administered by Meritain using the Aetna network. You will receive a new ID card. TELADOC If you elect the medical plan you have the ability to access telemedicine. All plans will have a $0 copay for telemedicine through TelaDoc. Please see page (10) for more information. AETNA DENTAL PLANS You have the choice of a DMO or PPO Aetna Dental Option. You can change this plan throughout the year. VISION Vision will continue to be provided at no cost. You no longer have to be enrolled in the medical plan to enroll in the vision plan. LIFE AND DISABILITY Graham provides you with life insurance, short and long term disability at no cost to you! You have the opportunity to purchase more life insurance at any time! HEALTH ADVOCATE Your entire family has access to an Employee Assistance Program, benefits service line and wellness coaching, at no cost you. Please see page (13) for more details.
ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATIONS
Elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on July 1, 2020. If you have questions about any of the benefits mentioned in this guide, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Human Resource team or The Graham Company’s Service Line. Open enrollment is the period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. This guide will outline benefit options that are available to you and your family.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Employees regularly working 30 hours or more a week are benefit eligible.

DEPENDENT COVERAGE
In addition to electing coverage for yourself, you can elect to cover your eligible dependents. Your eligible dependents include your spouse/domestic partner, your children up to age 26 regardless of student status, marital status, financial dependence or residence and your children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled and depend on you for support.
EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING A QUALIFIED CHANGE OF STATUS
Unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period—each July 1st.
Qualifying events include:
- Marriage or Divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Change in child’s dependent status
- Death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent
- Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
- Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid
