The Graham Company is thrilled to be able to offer the same level of medical benefits at no cost increase to employees for the July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021 plan year. In order to be able to keep the costs neutral to you, our medical plans will now be administered by Meritain, an Aetna company.
WHAT DOES THE CHANGE TO MERITAIN MEAN?
- No provider disruption – Meritain uses the same Aetna network: Choice POS II
- Same Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) – CVS
- New ID Cards
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Employees are eligible upon date of hire.
ENHANCEMENTS
- TELADOC will be included on all plans with NO COPAY. For more information about Teladoc, read more below.
- HRA Plan will now be an Open Access POS plan – we removed the deductible and restructured the plan to a traditional copay plan. There will be no change in payroll deductions.
OPTION 1: 1500 HSA
The Medical Plan offers the flexibility of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.
OPTION 2: 3000 HSA
The Medical Plan offers the flexibility of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.
OPTION 3: OPEN ACCESS STANDARD POS
The Medical Plan offers the flexibility of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.
OPTION 4: OPEN ACCESS PREMIUM POS
The Medical Plan offers the flexibility of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.
