401(K) PLAN
Employees will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following initial 30 days of hire at 3% of compensation.
PROFIT SHARING PLAN
TGC makes annual discretional contributions of 3% of employee's taxable wages (less wages subject to the 10% employer match) up to applicable IRS limiations.
ESOP PLAN
The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a defined contribution plan. Employees are eligible after 1,000 hours of service.
