OVERVIEW OF OUR BENEFITS
Who is Eligible for Hamilton Lane's Benefits?
All US-based, full-time employees working 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Your benefits will be effective the 1st day of the month following your date of hire.
Permanent US employees that work less than 30 but more than 20 hours per week are eligible for our EAP, 401(k) Retirement, and benefits listed under the Additional and Wellbeing Benefits sections of this guide.
Who Can You Cover? You have the option of enrolling yourself and your eligible family members in our benefits. Eligible family members include:
- Your Spouse; domestic partner
- Your children/domestic partner's children who are under the age of 26
- Your children over the age of 26 who are mentally or physically disabled and dependent upon you for support (proof of condition and dependence must be submitted)
