Annual Leave

In addition to your allotted annual PTO, HL offers paid time off to care of yourself, family member, volunteer with your HL co-workers, celebrate your marriage or civil union, and to enjoy the holidays. The below chart identifies the types of additional paid time off offerings. Please note, sick time amount may vary for employees living in CA, OR, NY and CO.

Also, all HL offices are closed in between December 24 through January 1 with return to office January 2. This time is inclusive of any current HL holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Family Leave

HL offers up to 16 weeks of paid time off for the birth, foster and adoption of a child.
