EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2023
MEDICAL
The medical employee contributions will remain the same for the March 1, 2023 plan year. These contributions vary based on age of the insured. Click the button below to explore the medical rates based on age bands.
Patient Care Medical Group contributes 80% towards employees with individual coverage on the medical plan. For employees who enroll themselves and their dependents on the medical plan, PCMG will contribute 65%.
DENTAL, VISION, & LIFE
The dental , vision, and life employee contributions will not change for the March 1, 2023 plan year.
* Patient Care Medical Group contributes 50% towards dental, vision, and life premiums.
