Pennsylvania Steel Company employees may enroll themselves and their dependents in one of three medical plan options through Cigna.

Cigna OAP $2,000 (Base Plan)

The Cigna OAP $2,000 plan is the lowest cost option in terms of employee contributions. This plan has a $2,000 deductible for employee-only coverage and a $4,000 embedded deductible for family coverage.

Cigna OAP $1,000 (Middle Plan)

The Cigna OAP $1,000 plan is the mid-cost option in terms of employee contributions. This plan has a $1,000 deductible for employee-only coverage and a $2,000 embedded deductible for family coverage.

The Cigna OAP $500 plan is the lowest cost option in terms of employee contributions. This plan has a $500 deductible for employee-only coverage and a $1,000 embedded deductible for family coverage.

Visit the Online Doctor & Hospital Finder by clicking here and:

  • Sign in to your Cigna account or continue as a guest.
  • Select that you are covered by your Employer or School
  • Enter your Zip Code
  • Sort providers by type, name, or type of health facility

Remember, you pay less out of pocket when you get health services from providers that are in-network for your Cigna health plan, even when you have out-of-network benefits.
