To search for a covered drug in our Cigna Advantage Formulary, login to your www.myCigna.com account or click on the formulary box below, scroll down to the Select a Drug List section, and select Standard 3 Tier from the drop-down list.
HOW TO LOCATE A PROVIDER
Visit the Online Doctor & Hospital Finder by clicking here and:
- Sign in to your Cigna account or continue as a guest.
- Select that you are covered by your Employer or School
- Enter your Zip Code
- Sort providers by type, name, or type of health facility
Remember, you pay less out of pocket when you get health services from providers that are in-network for your Cigna health plan, even when you have out-of-network benefits.
FREE MEDICARE CONSULTING SERVICES
The Medicare enrollment process can be intimidating. HTA Financial is a no-cost, company-sponsored benefit available to you, your parents, and other family members for assistance and advice regarding Medicare coverage, benefits, or general questions you may have.
HTA Provides:
- A fact finder to collect details on your specific situation and needs.
- Guidance and support for choosing appropriate coverages to meet your needs.
- Enrollment assistance.
- Assistance with the transition from the Group Health Plan to Original Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.
- A helpful timeline for contacting Social Security regarding coverage and benefits under Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans, and Medicare Advantage.
