Modern's employer-paid life & disability plans protect you and your loved ones from the unexpected. These plans will now be administered through Equitable.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Modern is happy to offer all eligible employees employer-paid short-term disability coverage.
If disabled and unable to work, employees will receive 60% of their regular salary for up to 13 weeks of disability.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Modern also offers all eligible employees employer-paid long-term disability coverage.
If disabled and unable to work, employees will receive 60% after 90 days of disability.
