Patient Care Medical Group (PCMG) is pleased to offer you and your family a comprehensive benefits program. Below are the 2024 changes, actions needed by you, and additional resources to help in your decision-making process.
Please Note: This year's Open Enrollment is ACTIVE, meaning that you must take action if you wish to have benefits in the new year. Enrollments from the current year will NOT carry into 2024.
2024 BENEFIT CHANGES
MEDICAL
- PCMG will be changing Medical Carriers for 2024. Our new carrier will be Oxford UHC, to align with your current Dental / Vision / Life carrier.
- PCMG will be adding two (2) additional Medical Plan options, for a total of three (3), to allow for more choice and more affordable options for Employees.
DENTAL | VISION | LIFE
- No changes for 2024
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- For 2024, PCMG has added a Flexible Spending Account and a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account to their program, allowing employees to put away pre-tax dollars for planned healthcare expenses.
- The Vendor we decided to partner with is The Harrison Group.
Life Insurance
- PCMG has added Employer-Paid Life Insurance of a flat $50,000.
OPEN ENROLLMENT ACTIONS NEEDED BY YOU
With Open Enrollment fast approaching, we have put together the actions needed to make your 2024 benefit selections.
Step 1: Review the Benefit Offerings and Ask Questions
Step 2: Make Your 2024 Benefit Selections from December 4th – December 11th.

ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATIONS
Elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on January 1, 2024. If you have questions about any of the benefits mentioned in this guide, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Human Resource team or The Graham Company’s Service Line. Open enrollment is the period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. This guide will outline benefit options that are available to you and your family.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Full-time employees of Patient Care Medical Group may be eligible for benefits. Please refer to the SPDs for each benefit to confirm whether you and your spouse and dependents are eligible.
DEPENDENT COVERAGE
In addition to electing coverage for yourself, you can elect to cover your eligible dependents. Your eligible dependents include your spouse/domestic partner, your children up to age 26 regardless of student status, marital status, financial dependence or residence and your children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled and depend on you for support.
EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING A QUALIFIED CHANGE OF STATUS
Unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period—each January 1st.
Qualifying events include:
- Marriage or Divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Change in child’s dependent status
- Death of a spouse, child, or other qualified dependent
- Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
- Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid
