VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
As a valued PFN employee, you are eligible to participate in voluntary benefit plans in addition to your core benefits package! Voluntary benefits offer you the opportunity to provide financial protection for yourself and your family through the convenience of payroll deductions.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Guardian’s Group Accident insurance can pay lump-sum benefits based on the injury you receive and the treatment you need, including emergency room care and related surgery. The benefit can help offset the out-of-pocket expenses that medical insurance does not pay, including deductibles and co-pays.

CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE
Guardian’s Group Critical Illness insurance can help protect your finances from the expense of a serious health problem, such as a stroke or heart attack. Cancer coverage is also available. If you enroll in coverage, you receive a lump-sum benefit up to $20,000 that’s paid directly to you at the first diagnosis of a covered condition. In addition to purchasing coverage for yourself, you are also able to purchase coverage for your spouse and dependents.

HOSPITAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
Guardian’s Group Hospital Indemnity Insurance can help supplement your medical plan and cover some of the out-of-pocket costs associated with having a hospital stay. If you are admitted to the hospital for at least 20 hours, you receive a lump-sum benefit of $1,000 that’s paid directly to you. You would also receive an additional $100 per day you remain at the hospital. Pregnancy would be included in this benefit.

PET INSURANCE
Wishbone Pet Health Insurance is designed to provide reimbursement on accidents and illnesses, including office visits and prescription medications. Employees can also choose to add on routine care coverage as well. Wishbone's rates are based on the age, breed, and location of the pet. Wishbone Pet Health Insurance will not be included on Employee Navigator for registration. You will need to enroll directly on the carrier website www.wishboneinsurance.com/pfnonwovens. This will not be a payroll deduction. Once on Wishbone's website, click "Enroll Now" to register.
