INTRODUCTION
WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT
For full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week, annual Open Enrollment is the time to make your 2025 benefit selections. Below lists the 2025 changes, actions needed by you, and additional resources to help in your decision-making process.
Please Note: This year's Open Enrollment is ACTIVE for all benefits. Any enrollments from the current year will NOT automatically carry into 2025. You are required to take action in Employee Navigator between November 25th and December 9th if you wish to enroll in benefits for January 1, 2025, even if you want to keep the same benefits.
2025 BENEFIT CHANGES
MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLANS
- Weaber, Inc. will continue to offer employees to opportunity to enroll in a Capital Blue Cross medical plan: the Performance PPO 1500. The plan design will remain the same for 2025. Employee contributions will increase.
- Prescription drug coverage will continue to be administered through Magellan Rx.
DENTAL PLANS
- Weaber, Inc. will continue to offer two Dental Plans with Delta Dental, the Base Plan & Buy Up Plan, for those enrolled in medical. The base plan will remain the same. The Buy-Up Plan will be enhanced by raising the annual plan maximum to $2,000 per person Employee contributions will remain the same.
VISION PLAN
- Weaber, Inc. will continue to offer vision coverage through Capital Blue Cross for those enrolled in medical coverage. The plan design and employee contributions will remain the same.
LIFE & DISABILITY PLANS
- The Hartford will continue to be Weaber Inc.'s Life & Disability vendor for the January 1, 2025 plan year.
- Weaber, Inc. will offer employees the opportunity to enroll in Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage for the 2025 plan year. Please note that The Hartford requires 10% of Weaber Inc.'s benefits-eligible employee population to elect this benefit in order for it to become effective. If you elect this benefit during Open Enrollment and the participation minimum is not met by Weaber, the benefit will not become effective January 1, 2025 and premium will not be deducted from your pay.
VOLUNTARY BENEFITS (ACCIDENT & PET INSURANCE)
- Allstate will continue to be our Voluntary Accident Insurance vendor for the January 1, 2025 plan year.
- Weaber, Inc. will now offer employees the choice to enroll in the Total Pet Plan from Pet Benefit Solutions, a Pet Insurance Plan that provides discounts on veterinary care and more.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
- The 2025 annual Health Care FSA contribution limit is increasing to $3,300 and the rollover is increasing to $660.
- Current Health Care and Dependent Care FSA enrollments and contribution amounts will not automatically roll over into 2025. If you are interested in enrolling in either FSA option, you must take action in Workday between November 6th and November 20th.
ELIGIBILITY
Full-time Weaber employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits. Eligible employees may also enroll dependents including a legal spouse, child(ren) up to age 26 (includes natural, step, legally adopted/or a child placed for adoption, or a child under your legal guardianship), and disabled child(ren) age 26 and older if they are disabled and legally dependent on you.
