Allied Beverage Group will continue to offer employees the opportunity to enroll in voluntary benefits.
Allied Beverage Group is pleased to announce the Supplemental Benefit options in 2025:
Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity administered by Aetna.
Voluntary Legal Insurance administered by Arag Legal.
Voluntary Pet Insurance administered by Nationwide.
These voluntary benefits offer you the opportunity to provide financial protection for yourself and family through the convenience of post tax payroll deductions. You may choose these plans with or without participation in any other group plan.
Allied Beverage Group is also excited to offer employees access to Questis, a financial wellness program and support tool, at no cost!
CRITICAL ILLNESS
Critical Illness coverage helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and non-medical expenses related to a covered critical illness by providing a lump sum benefit.
Rates are based on the employee’s age, coverage level and tobacco status. Employees may elect coverage in the amount of $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000. If employees elect coverage for themselves, they may elect up to 50% of their elected face amount for their spouse. Children are automatically enrolled at 25% of the employee’s elected benefit amount.
HOSPITAL INDEMNITY
Hospital Indemnity coverage provides a lump sum payment for deductible and coinsurance costs as well as everyday living expenses for inpatient and outpatient stays. This plan is designed to provide you and your family members with additional coverage where your medical plan may have gaps.
NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE
Nationwide Pet Insurance helps you cover veterinary expenses so you can provide your pets with the best care possible without worry about the cost. Included with every policy is 24/7 access to VetHelpline, a 24/7 phone, chat, & email line to receive help from veterinary experts. PetRxExpress is also included which helps you save money when filling any pet prescriptions.
You can enroll in My Pet Protection at 50% benefit reimbursement ($20-$35/month) or 70% benefit reimbursement ($27-$47). Program costs vary based on plan, species and zip code.
QUESTIS
Questis is a company-paid benefit available to all Allied Beverage employees. The Questis program includes:
