Choose from two dental plan options administered by Aetna company. Graham also offers vision coverage at no cost to you.
DENTAL
AETNA DENTAL PLAN
Eligibility: Date of hire.
The Graham Company will continue to offer the dental plan designs with Aetna. You have the option of choosing the DMO (no out of network coverage) or the PPO plan when you enroll in this plan. You are able to switch from the DMO to PPO or vice versa on a monthly basis. Please note for both plans you will see the greatest cost savings by utilizing in network dentists. You can find a participating provider here.
You will not receive an ID card for your Aetna Dental Plan. You can access an online version by logging into your Aetna member portal or via the mobile app.
VISION
DAVIS VISION PLAN
Eligibility: Date of hire.
Driving to work, reading a news article and watching TV are all activities you likely perform every day. Your ability to do all of these activities, though, depends on your vision and eye health. Vision insurance can help you maintain your vision as well as detect various health problems. Graham's vision insurance through Davis Vision entitles you to specific eye care benefits.
