VOLUNTARY BENEFITS

Onvo is pleased to offer you the option to enroll in voluntary benefits through Transamerica. These benefits are entirely employee-paid.

UNIVERSAL LIFE BENEFIT

Onvo provides the opportunity for employees to enroll in Universal Life Insurance coverage through Transamerica. Universal life is a type of permanent life insurance that can cover you for the duration of your life, as long as premiums are paid.

This coverage is offered in increments of $5,000 up to a maximum of $500,000 for employees. There are also options for your spouse and/or children. Please note that you are required to submit Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for this coverage.

TRANSDI PLUS (STD)

Onvo employees may enroll in Voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) insurance through Transamerica.

Voluntary STD benefits provide up to 60% of your pay, for up to a maximum of $3,000 per month with a 3 month maximum benefits period. Please note that you are required to submit Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for this coverage.

ACCIDENT

Onvo employees have the option to enroll in accident coverage through Transamerica.

Transamerica’s Accident insurance pays a scheduled cash benefit upon diagnosis of covered accident injuries.

CRITICAL ILLNESS

Onvo will offer employees the opportunity to enroll in Transamerica’s Critical Illness insurance.

Critical Illness coverage pays a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a covered Critical Illness to help ease your financial and emotional worries. You can use the benefit any way you wish, such as for treatment, bills, or child care

HOSPITAL INDEMNITY

Onvo employees may enroll in Hospital Indemnity insurance through Transamerica.

Transmerica’s Hospital Select II plan can complement your health insurance to help you pay for the costs associated with a hospital stay. It can also provide funds that can be used to help pay the out-of-pocket expenses your medical plan may not cover, such as co-insurance, copays, and deductibles.
