Aetna Health Your Way Wellness
Aetna's wellness program is available to all team members and dependents that are covered under one of Williams Companies medical plans. The wellness program is being updated for the 2025 plan year. You will have access to convenient 24/7 access to digital resources and member discounts. The goal is to reward members for engaging in healthy actions and behaviors.
Aetna's online wellness platform can be accessed within the Aetna Member Website or through the ActiveHealth Wellness mobile application. This program encourages and rewards healthy behaviors like nutritious eating, increased physical activity, and improved mental well-being. Aetna enrolled team members and covered spouses can earn up to $100 each year in gift cards by engaging in healthy actions and behaviors. The program aims to drive engagement in health care to lead to better health outcomes and fewer sick days.
Health Assessment
Aetna's helpful tool to set goals and identify risks. This is an interactive way for you to learn more about your current health status and risk factors.
The Health Assessment Tool can: • Provide you with information about your personal health status and suggest actions you can take to improve your health and your MyHealth100 score. This score gives you a real-world measure of your overall health out of a score of 100. It is used to identify areas where you can improve or maintain or lifestyle and health. • The MyHealth100 score helps identify health risk factors and point to more information about the actions and issues affecting your health. • You will be matched with the right Aetna resources for your health needs, including pathway goal setting, stress management, nutrition, weight management, and physical activity.

Aetna includes various additional services to enrolled members. Aetna Additional Wellness Services: • Maternity Support Center: Trusted and reliable information about the maternity journey.
• 24-hour Nurse Line: Health information and support is available to members who can talk to a registered nurse at any time.
• LifeMart Member Discounts: You have access to nationwide discount programs for gyms, fitness gear, nutrition, and more!
• Aetna One Flex: Ongoing nurse support to help if you are managing a chronic condition or dealing with other complex health challenges.
