Finding a Provider
How to locate an IN-NETWORK provider - MEDICAL, DENTAL, and VISION
Cigna - Medical/Dental
STEP 1: Go to www.Cigna.com, click on FIND A DOCTOR at the top of the screen. You will then be taken to a screen that reads "HOW ARE YOU COVERED?". Select "EMPLOYER OR SCHOOL"
STEP 2: Choose what type of provider you are looking for (Doctor, Dentist, Hospital/Facility, Pharmacy, etc.)
STEP 3: Enter the geographic location that you are specifically looking to search within.
STEP 4: Select one of the plans offered by The Merion Cricket Club that you selected to enroll in.
STEP 5: Enter a desired name, specialty, or designated search word.

VBA - Vision
STEP 1: Go to www.vbaplans.com. On the home page, there is a “Looking for a Provider Near You?” Section.
STEP 2: Click “Find a Vision Provider.” Then search for VBA doctors by zip code and distance.
