MEDICAL & PRESCRIPTION
The Merion Cricket Club will continue to offer two medical and prescription drug plans through Cigna.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week.
OPTION 1: Cigna OAP Plan
This medical plan offers in-network coverage with copays for regular doctor visits for certain costs for your most frequent medical services.
In-network, preventive care services are covered at 100% with no copay requirement.
The OAP plan will be paired with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement that will cover part of the expense for inpatient hospital stays only. Please note, this is a one-time reimbursement – meaning, for those enrolled in family coverage, only one member is eligible for reimbursement. Also, please note this only applies for one inpatient hospital stay in a given plan year. Reimbursements will be requested via a manual form submitted to Ameriflex. Please click below to access the form, and select HRA under Account Type in Step 2.
To maximize your coverage, it is recommended to utilize preferred providers that participate in the Cigna network.
OPTION 2: Cigna High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with HSA
This medical plan has a $3,000 single and $6,000 family deductible that is required to be satisfied before the plan's coinsurance will be applied. Once the deductible is satisfied, most in-network services under this plan are covered at 100%.
The Merion Cricket Club will continue to contribute $1,250 into the HSA for Singles, and $2,000 for all other tiers. This will help offset out-of-pocket deductible expenses.
In-network, preventive care services are covered at 100% with no deductible requirement.
