Understanding your healthcare options and determining the best plan options that fit your needs should be a high priority during the Annual Open Enrollment Period. We understand that navigating through your benefits package can be complex and we wish to offer as much support as possible. We encourage you to carefully review this digital guide to choose the coverage that’s right for you and your family.

WHAT'S NEW FOR 2026?

  • (NEW!) MEDICAL/RX PLANS - Your medical and prescription drug coverage will continue to be through United Healthcare. The UHC Value Plan is being introduced for 2026! You will still the option to elect the Select+ PPO Plan with HRA and HSA. For California employees, you will also continue to have an additional plan option available - the CA Select EPO Plan. Employee contributions will be increasing for 2026.
  • (NEW!) RX 'N GO - Rx 'n Go is being introduced for 2026. Rx 'n Go is a mail-order alternative to get select insulin products, generic, and brand medications at no cost to you. Rx 'n Go will be available to employees enrolled in one of the offered medical plans.
  • (NEW!) HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) - Worldwide Golf adopted the 2026 IRS maximum contribution limits for the HSA. The HSA custodian will remain with Optum Bank for 2026. For more information, click here.
  • (NEW!) FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) - Worldwide Golf is adopting the 2026 IRS maximum contribution limits for the FSAs. You will continue to have the opportunity to participate in a Traditional or Limited Purpose Healthcare FSA along with a Dependent Care FSA which will remain with Diversified Benefit Services for 2026. WHAT'S REMAINING THE SAME FOR 2026?

  • TELEMEDICINE - You will continue to have access to UHC's Virtual Visits for 2026. You have 24/7 access to speak with a board-certified physician for minor medical conditions.
  • HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT (HRA) - Worldwide Golf will continue to help offset the Select Plus PPO Plan deductible by funding the HRA for those enrolled. Employees can reimburse themselves after reaching a certain level of the in-network deductible. Once reached, the remaining in-network deductible eligible medical and prescription expenses can be reimbursed. The HRA will continue to be administered by Diversified Benefit Services for 2026.
  • DENTAL PLANS - Your dental insurance will continue to be through Sun Life. You will continue to have access to an Enhanced plan option. California employees have an additional plan option available - the Prepaid HMO Plan. Employee contributions will NOT be increasing for 2026.
  • VISION PLAN - Your vision insurance will continue to be through Sun Life, utilizing the VSP Choice provider network. Employee contributions will NOT be increasing for 2026.
  • LIFE & DISABILITY - The Life & Disability coverages will continue to be provided and offered through Sun Life. Worldwide Golf will continue to provide full-time employees with Basic Life/AD&D insurance at no additional cost. You will continue to have the opportunity to elect Voluntary Short-Term Disability and Voluntary Life Insurance/AD&D protection.
  • VOLUNTARY BENEFITS - Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity benefits will continue to be offered through Sun Life. Wishbone, a voluntary pet benefit will also continue to be offered. This provides a reimbursement after the annual deductible is met and is limited to cats and dogs only.   • EAP - The Employee Assistance Program will now be provided through ComPsych. You will have access to this EAP at no cost to you.
  • SGIA MEDICARE - Medicare Support will continue to be available for you and your loved ones. SGIA Medicare Consultants is a valuable resource available to you and your family when approaching retirement. This is a no-cost, company-sponsored benefit that provides assistance and advice regarding Medicare coverage, benefits, or general questions you may have.

ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATIONS

Open Enrollment begins on October 20th, 2025, and runs through November 9th, 2025. Open Enrollment is ACTIVE, meaning your current elections will NOT carryover for 2026. You will need to actively log into Paycom to make your Open Enrollment benefit elections, otherwise you will NOT have any coverage!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

You may enroll in benefits if you are a full-time employee regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week and have been with Worldwide Golf for a minimum of 60 days.

For newly hired and eligible employees, your benefits become effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Please be sure to make your benefit elections before your effective date.

DEPENDENT COVERAGE

In addition to electing coverage for yourself, you can elect to cover your eligible dependents. Your eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse or domestic partner
  • Dependent children up to age 26 or older who are incapable of caring for themselves and meet certain eligibility requirements
  • Children who have met all the eligibility requirements listed above for whom you are directed to cover under the terms of a Qualified Medical Child Support Order

EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING A QUALIFIED CHANGE OF STATUS

Unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period.

Qualifying events include:

  • Marriage or Divorce
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Change in child’s dependent status
  • Death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent
  • Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
  • Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid
