Pennsylvania Steel Company provides employer-paid basic life insurance to all eligible employees.

This benefit provides a flat benefit of $50,000 (subject to age reduction schedule)

Pennsylvania Steel Company is happy to offer all eligible employees employer-paid short-term disability coverage.

If disabled and unable to work, employees will receive 60% of their regular salary for up to 25 weeks of disability.

Pennsylvania Steel Company also offers all eligible employees employer-paid long-term disability coverage.

If disabled and unable to work, employees will receive 60% of their regular monthly salary after 180 days of disability.
