Your Guardian Dental plan will continue to provide you with the flexibility of receiving comprehensive dental care from the dentist of your choice. It is important to confirm that your dentist is in-network with Guardian’s PPO: DentalGuard Preferred Network.
Visiting an in-network dentist in Guardian’s PPO DentalGuard Preferred Network will maximize your savings. These dentists have agreed to reduced fees, and you won’t be charged more than your expected share of the bill. Visit www.GuardianLife.com and use the Find a Dentist tool at the top of the screen to search for participating providers in the PPO: DentalGuard Preferred Network using your zip code.
