BASIC LIFE INSURANCE
PFNonwovens recognizes that life insurance provides critical financial protection for your family should you pass away.
PFNonwovens provides full-time employees Basic Life and AD&D Insurance - at no cost to you. For your life and AD&D coverage, you will receive up to two times your base annual salary to a maximum of $750,000.
Please note, Basic Life/AD&D insurance amounts reduce with age: Age 70: Amount of life insurance will be 65% of original amount Age 75+: Amount of life insurance will be 50% of original
DISABILITY INSURANCE
What would you do if a sickness or injury left you unable to come to work and earn your paycheck? In the event that you become disabled from an injury or sickness, disability income benefits will provide a partial replacement of lost income.
PFNonwovens provides full-time employees Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance - at no cost to you. For more information on your Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverages, see below.
SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE
In addition, PFNonwovens provides the opportunity for eligible employees to elect Supplemental Life Insurance coverage for you, your spouse and your eligible dependent children. This coverage is 100% paid for by the employee if elected.
This is about your personal circumstances. Are you the sole provider for your household? What other expenses do you expect in the future (for example, college tuition for your child)? Depending on your needs, you may want to consider buying voluntary life insurance.
