EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PLAN
In addition to the Mental Health Resource/Employee Assistance Program through Spring Health, PFNonwovens also provides employees with an Educational Assistance Plan. We encourage you to continue building your knowledge and skills. That’s why we provide tuition reimbursement for job-related courses and degree programs at most accredited colleges and universities.
- Eligibility: 12 months of full-time service, satisfactory employment record
- Reimbursement: Based on the grade achieved: A= 100%, B= 90%, C=75%, Pass in pass/fail course = 100%, D or lower or fail in a pass/fail course = 0%, registration fees and textbooks grade C or better or pass = 100%
- Maximum Education Assistance: $5,250 per year. This includes registration fees, textbook costs, and reasonable supplies.
