RealTime Media is offering the same medical plans as 2021, with a $50/$100 increase to the Bronze plan single/family deductibles . These plan options are the Platinum PPO and Bronze HDHP with HRA. Benefit explanations can be seen below:
Bronze HDHP with HRA
The Bronze HDHP offers higher cost sharing than the PPO, but RealTime Media is able to assist in this cost sharing by contributing $3,500/$7,000 to a Health Reimbursement Account for employees to use on qualified medical expenses. This plan also requires less employee contributions than the Platinum PPO.
Platinum PPO
The Platinum PPO plan offers less cost sharing from employees, with no deductible or coinsurance. Employees will pay copays for in network services, and they do not have access to a Health Reimbursement account. This plan requires more employee contributions than the Bronze HDHP with HRA.
