SPENDING ACCOUNTS

For employees enrolled in the Bronze HDHP, RealTime offers a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help fund deductibles and pay for medical expenses. This is not offered in the Platinum PPO.


HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT (HRA)

  1. An HRA fund is paid for solely with RealTime Media's money.
  2. You can use your HRA to pay for eligible in-network deductible expenses.
  3. Preventative care, such as routine physicals and child immunizations, is typically covered 100% by your health plan, so these type of charges will not be charged against your deductible or HRA fund.

Reminders:

  • Do not pay at the time of service for medical claims; wait until you receive the EOB from IBC and an invoice from the provider.
  • For prescriptions you are able to pay at the point of service.
  • Make sure the Member Responsibility on your EOB matches the provider's invoice.
  • Any questions regarding an invoice should be directed to the Graham Employee Benefits Service Line 1-888-842-1488
  • The only items you can pay for at time of service are prescription medications.

HOW IT WORKS

Present your IBX Card

Complete your visit with provider.

Provider will submit claim for processing visit

IBX will adjust the claim and prepare the EOB (Explanation of Benefits)

You will receive an EOB and and invoice from your provider

Pay the patient responsibilty from your HRA account
