Letter From Leadership
Dear Valued Team Member,
Once again I am happy to announce that it is time for the annual open enrollment for our employee benefit plans. All benefit elections made during the open enrollment period will go into effect January 1, 2025 and run through December 31, 2025. As a reminder this is the one time each year that you can make changes to your benefits without going through a qualified life event (marriage, birth, etc.). I encourage you to take a close look at your current benefit elections and think about what your coverage needs may be for the upcoming year.
We know that your benefits package plays a key role in not only your health security, but also the financial security of you and your family. Keeping your best interest in mind, we examined all of our options and aggressively negotiated with insurance companies to ensure that we can continue to offer you a benefits package that is comprehensive and affordable.
2025 Highlights:
- You will continue to have the option to enroll in the Signature HRA Plan, PPO Plan, or Premium PPO Plan. You will not receive a new medical and prescription card unless you are enrolling in a medical plan for the first time, or if you are switching plans.
• Aetna's telemedicine platform will be moving from Teladoc to CVS Virtual Care for 2025.
- The Aetna wellness program will continue to be available through the medical coverage, however, the platform is being rebranded for 2025. Please click here for more information.
- Williams will continue to fund $1,000 of HRA funding for single coverage, and $2,000 of HRA funding for family coverage in the Signature HRA Plan to help offset deductible expenses.
- RX ‘N Go will remain in place for 2025. This is a supplement to the prescription program that allows you to order mail-order prescriptions that deliver up to a 90-day supply of medications right to your home for free.
- The dental program will continue to be offered through MetLife and the team member contributions will increase slightly.
- The vision program will continue to be offered through Ameritas, using VSP's network. There are no changes to the plan design. Team member contributions will increase slightly.
- You will continue to have the opportunity to participate in a Healthcare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Ameriflex. Williams Companies is adopting the IRS maximum contribution limits for 2025.
- Williams will continue to provide Basic Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability at no cost to you. You and your eligible dependents will continue to have the option to purchase Voluntary Life/AD&D.
- You will continue to have the opportunity to participate in voluntary accident and/or voluntary cancer coverage through Guardian. Team member contributions will not be increasing.
- Cancer Guardian will continue to be offered this year. This product provides a proactive approach to cancer and a comprehensive support program. Spouses and children are also eligible to be enrolled in this product. Team member contributions will not be increasing.
I also want to remind you that we continue to have resources available to help you navigate the health care system and maximize your benefits. The Graham Company Employee Benefits Concierge Line, 1-888-842-1488 (available Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. EST) is available to you. They can help you resolve claim issues, answer routine benefits questions and even help you find solutions to reduce your health care expenses. These advocacy services are provided at no cost to you!
