Virgin Pulse Wellbeing Rewards Program

The Virgin Pulse Wellbeing Program gives you the tools to get active, get healthy, and get rewarded.

Login or sign up to join team challenges, connect your activity device, and start tracking your progress. The best part is – the more you do the more you earn! When you complete certain activities throughout the year, Hamilton Lane will provide a reward of up $250 in gift cards for the PPO plan, HSA employer deposit of up to $500 for employee coverage and up to $1000 for family coverage in the HDHP.

Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Health Advocate provides an employee assistance program designed to help you and your family members deal with real-life issues when you need it most. Some of the many issues the EAP can help you with include:

Emotional Well-Being - Anxiety, depression, relationships, drugs & alcohol, stress management

Work - Balancing work & family, time management, working with others, occupational stress

Health & Wellness - Financial, legal, child care, adult care, parenting

This confidential program is provided at no cost to employees with up to five free counseling sessions. You can contact the Employee Assistance Program 24 hours a day, seven days a week at: 877-240-6863 or answers@healthadvocate.com

Health and Wellness Assistance

Hamilton Lane encourages employees to stay fit and healthy, physically, emotionally, and mentally. To support you in maintaining wellness, Hamilton Lane will reimburse you for 50% of the cost, up to $25 per month, for fitness and wellness services and activities. Employees in our Conshohocken Headquarters are also welcome to visit our new and improved Fitness Center. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for full policy detail.

Life Assistance Program (LAP)

Hamilton Lane offers a Life Assistance Program (LAP) through New York Life to help you with whatever life throws your way. Call the LAP at any time to speak with an advocate to assess your needs and develop a solution. The LAP also includes three face-to-face sessions with a behavioral counselor, access to Healthy Rewards Discount Programs, and Work/Life Support.
