Paid Time Off Programs

Care.com: Backup Child & Adult Care Program
Hamilton Lane's custom backup care benefit provides "just-in-time" child and adult care services for those times when your regular care arrangements fall through. Employees arrange services via a custom Hamilton Lane Care.com portal that provides access to qualified in-home caregivers and licensed, quality day care centers. Hamilton Lane significantly subsidizes payments for center based care and in-home care. Employees are provided a fixed number of days of use per year. To get started, click the button below.
Educational Assistance Program
Hamilton Lane encourages employees to further their education and job-related skills by providing reimbursement assistance for undergraduate and graduate degrees and professional certifications.
For undergraduate and graduate degrees, the company will reimburse full-time employees 100% with a cap of $10,000 per year of tuition, registration, textbooks, and laboratory fees. Please note that per IRS guidelines, any amount reimbursed over $5,250 will be considered a taxable benefit. Therefore, the Company will include any reimbursements above the threshold in the employee’s W-2 and withhold the related taxes from payroll.
For professional certifications, the company will reimburse full-time employees of all fees including one prep course and exam/testing fees leading to a professional certification up to a maximum of $2,500 per calendar year. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for full policy detail and restrictions.
Pet Insurance
Hamilton Lane offers Pet Protection through Nationwide with best-in-show coverage for vet bills, with up to 90% reimbursement for accidents, illnesses, and more. Your pet can visit any vet in any location for care.
Please note that this a voluntary benefit, meaning it is fully paid for by the employee. Employees are eligible to enroll in this benefit at any time of the year.
